Sunday, March 24
BIG ISLAND GRAND CIRCLE TOUR (10-12 HOURS)*
Private tour for our group; requires 13 people to register
Check in at 6:40 a.m. and departure from hotel at 7:20 a.m.

Be a part of Hawaii’s biggest island tour highlighting its natural wonders.  Experience the diverse range of eco systems and climate zones of the island and take a tour of a Kona coffee farm to learn about the harvesting and milling process.  Visit the dramatic waterfall and scenic valleys on the island, Akaka and Rainbow Falls and Waipio Valley.  Explore active volcanic craters, stream vents, crater rim trains and the lava tube in Volcanoes National Park.  There will be frequent stops for photos in the lush scenery and spot green sea turtles at Punalu’u Black Sand Beach.

Cost:  $250.00 per person

Monday, March 25
MANTA RAY MOONLIGHT SWIM (1.5 HOURS)*
Private swim for our group; requires 7 people to register
Check in 7:15 p.m. (swim at 7:30 p.m.) at the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel

Join a team of manta ray researchers for a private night-time snorkel with Hawaii’s ocean angels. Small groups of seven people.  Swimmers should be comfortable swimming in water too deep to stand in and have basic ocean snorkeling experience. All swimmers are required to wear masks, snorkels, fins, and swim vests. Personal swim vests are not allowed.

Cost – $145.00 (must be 13 and older)

    CSDA SHOTGUN GOLF TOURNAMENT (4-5 HOURS)
    Hapuna Golf Course, Westin Hapuna Beach Resort, 12:30 p.m. shotgun start

    Located on the Kohala Coast, Hapuna Golf Course has it all – lush greens set amidst a dark lava field, seemingly endless ocean and coastline views, challenging play and a full range of facilities and services.  With its stunning views and dramatic elevation changes beginning at sea level and rising to 700 feet, Hapuna Golf Course nestles amongst the rugged desert terrain above the west shore of Hawaii’s Big Island.

    Cost – $200.00 per player (boxed lunch included); $85.00 club rental

    Wednesday, March 27
    ALALA CATAMARAN CRUISE WITH THE WHALES (2 HOURS)*

    Check in time 12:40 p.m. at Kawaihae Harbor approx. 15 mins from Westin Hapuna Beach Resort and cruise departs 1:00 p.m. (transportation not provided)

    Relax on deck as you cruise the Kohala Coast with Ocean Sports on our well-appointed power catamarans. The tour combines unparalleled views of the coastline with the biggest party guests of all — the Humpback Whales! (Sightings aren’t guaranteed.)  This afternoon tour includes appetizers, soft drinks and standard open bar.

    Cost – Adults – $250.00; Children 12 and under – $50.00

    Thursday, March 28
    KOHALA UTV ADVENTURE (2.5 HOURS)*
    Check in time 12:15 p.m. at Kohala Eco Ventures approx. 40 mins from Westin Hapuna Beach Resort (transportation not provided)

    See a rare glimpse of this pristine Hawaiian landscape of the history and legends they have inspired. This tour rides along the rim of Kohala’s seven valleys. Journey toward the sea through the lush pastures of a working cattle ranch before journeying toward the mountains where mists, verdant forests, and rushing streams await. Drivers must be 21+ years old and in good health with no recent surgeries, back or neck issues.

    Cost – $172.50 per person, 2-4 people per UTV
