The CSDA Accredited Company Program is a company audit program specifically for sawing and drilling contractors. Developed by the CSDA Accreditation Committee, the program provides owners, architects, engineers, general contractors and government officials with a valuable prequalification tool, improves the knowledge and skills of cutting contractors and enhances their public image.

Requirements and Applications

The first of its kind in the industry, the program aims to educate the marketplace that hiring an accredited company will eliminate risks associated with hiring a sawing and drilling contractor who may otherwise be seen as another unknown subcontractor. CSDA is the only association representing the interests of cutting contractors.

Criteria for the program have been prepared by CSDA contractor members who want to advance the level of professionalism of the industry in response to a growing call from general contractors and government officials to produce verification of a company’s skills and professional qualifications.

A company must meet the following criteria to achieve accreditation:

  • Meet the basic safety and insurance requirements of the industry
  • Undertake sound operational and financial best practices
  • Provide evidence it has took part in basic training or accreditation programs to better its employees and the company as a whole
  • Successfully pass a written application review

Applications and supporting documentation should be emailed to:

  • Chris Cervellera, Esq. Cerv Law, PLLC
    Phone: 727-619-4234

The CSDA Accredited Company Program is available to all CSDA contractor members. It does not matter if the company is small or large; whether it runs three trucks or 30.
