WHY TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES?

A HAPPY WORKER IS A HARD WORKER

Registering your employees for CSDA training courses sends the message that you are committed to their professional growth. This kind of commitment to your employees will make them more committed to you and your business. You are making an investment in their future. In these times of high turnover and competition, you can’t afford not to hold on to competent personnel. Giving them the training they need to be the best can also increase employee morale.

ST PETERSBURG COLLEGE

St. Petersburg College’s Corporate Training Center has partnered with CSDA for all CSDA training programs. For 74 years, St. Petersburg College has been offering a standard of excellence in education as a community college. In 2001, it became Florida’s first community college to be afforded 4-year status and it dropped the “junior” from its name. St. Petersburg College (SPC) now offers a variety of associate degree, certification and baccalaureate degree programs.

The CSDA training classes will be held on the Clearwater Campus through the Building Arts Department. The department offers certificates and degrees to those interested in the building construction industry with such programs as Architectural Design, Building Construction Technology, Design and Drafting, AutoCAD and Continuing Education for Contractors. It is anticipated that more courses will be developed for CSDA members through this partnership.
