CSDA Finance Committee
The committee will serve as an interface between the executive director and the CSDA Board of Directors to oversee financial policies and budgets.
The committee membership shall consist of a chair, who shall be the Treasurer and other CSDA members appointed by the President. Committee membership includes two contractors, two manufacturers, the president, the vice president and executive director. Two committee meetings will be held in conjunction with CSDA Board meetings; one in the
middle of the year to review progress versus the budget and one near the end of the year to review the budget prepared by the executive director. Additional meetings will be called as needed by the chair for the purpose of completing duties, plans and action steps set forth by the committee.
3. Specific Tasks
3.1 Maintain a record of all committee activities and actions.
3.2 Manage, organize and direct activities of the Finance Committee.
3.3 Review the annual budget prepared by the executive director and make a recommendation to the CSDA Board of Directors.
3.4 Prepare an association management compensation plan for recommendation to the CSDA Board of Directors.
3.5 Review overall CSDA financial progress during the year in relation to the budget as approved by the CSDA Board of Directors.
