Brokk Hires Corporate Controller

MONROE, Wash. (November 16, 2021) – Brokk, the world’s leading manufacturer of remote-controlled demolition machines, announces Corey Lewis as its corporate controller. Lewis manages all accounting operational functions, financial statements and reports, internal control evaluation, budgets and process improvements.

“Corey brings diverse accounting experience and a background in manufacturing,” said Lars Lindgren, president of Brokk Inc. “His attention to detail and strong understanding of the manufacturing process will help ensure accuracy in invoices, and precise product and service pricing. Corey will be an excellent resource for improving the efficiency of our day-to-day operations, which ultimately impacts the service to our customers.”

Lewis brings more than six years of accounting experience to his new role. A portion of that time spent with a manufacturer of steel buildings and the remaining time in public accounting working for two different CPA firms. He also served in the U.S. Marines with the 1st Battalion, 5th Marines.

“Brokk has an incredibly interesting product and is on the cutting edge of so many applications in terms of safety and efficiency,” Lewis said. “I am looking forward to putting my accounting expertise to work to improve efficiencies in company budgeting, invoicing and costing, to help create a seamless experience for Brokk customers.”

Following his service in the military, Lewis attended Bellevue College for his associates degree and went on to the University of Washington to complete his Bachelor of Arts in business administration with an emphasis in accounting. He lives in Mountlake Terrace, Washington.
