We want to make you aware that the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) is pleased to announce the publication of two new OSHA Recordkeeping training resources on the OSHA Recordkeeping Training Presentations webpage:
- Tutorial on Completing the OSHA Recordkeeping Forms – this presentation guides the audience on how to complete OSHA recordkeeping forms. It explains when to use OSHA Forms 300, 301, and 300A and how to record workplace injuries and illnesses.
- 29 CFR Part 1904: Recording and Reporting Occupational Injuries and Illnesses – this comprehensive presentation covers OSHA’s regulation for recording and reporting workplace injuries and illnesses under 29 CFR Part 1904. The presentation includes a step-by-step review of the decision tree for recording work-related injuries and illnesses (see 29 CFR 1904.4(b)(2)), which provides a five-step process for employers to use to help determine whether a given case should be recorded.
