In times like these, with so much turnover and competition, hanging on to great employees is crucial. Giving them the tools and training to be their best not only helps them grow—it also boosts morale and strengthens your whole team.
Training at Your Facility
CSDA also offers on-site training by industry professionals at your facility. CSDA will bring our 101 or 201 hands-on operators training or our GPR operator certification course right to your door if you have 10 or more participants. This is an excellent way to reduce your training costs and make training more convenient for your employees.
Items you will need to provide for the program include:
- Classroom facility for 15–20 people, including 10+ students, trainers and instructors
- Chair and desk classroom setup for all students
- Desk or table for instructor
- Flip chart or whiteboard with markers
- Screen and laptop connections or streaming for AV
- Concrete slab for hands-on portion
- Food and refreshments during the day
