Networking and Social Events

Manufacturers’ Night at The Flower Fields

We shake things up and head offsite the first night, taking a short drive to the Instagram-worthy Flower Fields. This evening, sponsored by CSDA Manufacturer, Affiliate and Distributor members, starts with tractor rides through rows of colorful flowers as far as the eye can see. The night will wrap up with cocktails and dinner in a rustic, lighted barn. Keep your eye out for a few surprises!

President’s Reception

Hosted by the current President, Matthew Finnigan, and sponsored in part by CSDA contractor, manufacturer, distributor and affiliate members, we continue the social networking with wine, beer and cocktails and a beautiful sunset. Enjoy warm Pacific breezes and great conversation alongside friends and colleagues. Hors d’oeuvres will be served. One of the attendees’ favorite social events, this evening is not to be missed! Dress is business casual.

Contractors can show their support for CSDA by sponsoring in-part the President’s Reception. Sponsorships are offered at all levels to accommodate those who wish to contribute. For more information call 727-577-5004.

Gala Reception and Awards Dinner

Our final night begins with sunset cocktails before we head to the Valley Promenade for dinner and to honor CSDA’s outgoing Board of Directors and Lifetime Achievement Award recipient Tim Beckman. Cocktail dress is requested.

Named an Editor’s Choice golf course in California by Golf Digest, the Legends Course at the Omni La Costa will host the CSDA Golf Tournament. Follow in the footsteps of PGA legends and challenge yourself at this stunningly beautiful course.

San Diego Zoo VIP Tour

The World Famous San Diego Zoo is a sanctuary for more than 4,000 birds, mammals and reptiles housed in enclosures that closely simulate their natural environments and a lush botanical garden that houses more than 6,500 plant species! Business Sessions

Presentations

Attendees are offered carefully selected business and technical presentations for the purpose of acquiring essential information that can help them grow and improve their businesses. Presenters cover a range of subjects that can assist with both operational and financial elements of a company, from the implementation of structured programs and practices to how to address specific challenges on the job site.

Panel Discussions

Participate in an interactive discussion with a panel consisting of contractors and manufacturer representatives who will share their knowledge and experience on a given subject. Panel discussions have been a popular addition to the convention program in recent years as the format is designed to encourage open dialog between panelists and participants.

Roundtables

Roundtables allow all participants the opportunity to express their thoughts and opinions in a structured, yet informal manner. This format is designed to encourage a free-flowing exchange of information and everyone present is sure to leave with at least one new idea to help their company.

Tech Fair

Now a mainstay at the Annual Convention, the tabletop Tech Fair continues to provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about the latest innovations and newest products in the industry. Manufacturer and affiliate representatives will be on hand to converse one-on-one with contractors about the tools, equipment and services they offer in an intimate setting that is unattainable at large trade shows. A deli-style lunch will be served with an option to purchase drinks.
